Hudson Valley Cottage
This 1800s upstate cottage underwent a full transformation - from structural updates and reimagined layouts to curated finishes and bespoke furnishings. The result is a cohesive, elevated space that infuses modern refinement while preserving the home’s original charm.
Noho Loft
Designed from the studs up, this downtown residence strikes a seamless balance between urban edge and tailored comfort. Hidden beneath layers of history, soaring 12-foot ceilings were uncovered - setting the stage for a dramatic renovation of what was once an old bra factory. Originally a one-bedroom, one-bath layout, the space was completely reimagined into a spacious two-bed, two-bath home.

This portable wooden set features an inlaid checkered board that opens to reveal a complete set of carved chess pieces in contrasting light and dark wood. Each piece rests securely within a fitted, felt-lined interior. A brass latch closes the box for travel or safekeeping.
